The Blue Mountains Music Festival of Folk, Roots and Blues, 13-15 March

It's shaping up to be another bumper weekend when the 2009 Blue Mountains Music Festival hits Katoomba... dig Digital Radio is pleased to be supporting the Festival once more.

Loads of Australian talent will join select international artists performing over 8 stages around Katoomba.

Australian artists already announced include: Paul Kelly, Archie Roach & Ruby Hunter, Eric Bogle, Mike McClellan, Doug Ashdown, Jim Conway's Big Wheel, Chris Wilson, King Curly, Inka Marka, Warren Fahey and the Larrikins, The Old Spice Boys and Chase The Sun.

International artists include: Preston Reed (US), Chris While & Julie Matthews (UK), The Beez (Germany), The Topp Twins (NZ), Old Man Luedecke (CAN), Nano Stern (Chile), Eliza Gilkyson & Nina Gerber (US), Alan Kelly Quartet (Ireland) and Peter Rowan (US).

The Festival precinct is in the heart of Katoomba, a short walk from the railway station. As well as the music, there will be bars, food and market stalls all adding to the colour of the weekend.
